Note:  New leagues will be starting in March for Trap and 5-Stand.  Watch for further information on this page or at the clubhouse.

The below form is for entering teams and individual shooters in a League.  Team entries must include the Captain's name and phone number.  Email addresses are highly suggested, if available, to receive up-to-minute notices regarding severe weather conditions, shoots and special events or notices.  These forms will be available at the club office if changes are needed to be made.   The League Captain is responsible for putting their shooters on a team!  If you do not have a team, either stop by the clubhouse to be put on a team or enter your name in the "SHOOTER #1" spot below, making sure that you include your phone number so that we may contact you.  Should you have any questions, please contact Karen Gerbensky, our Interim Manager at 262.547.9785.
